Hi, I bought an T4U dual band.

In my laptop recognize de 5.8 freq, but now that I bought a new desktop pc only recognize the 2.4 and not the 5.8.

the other people that live in my house doesn't have problem wiht connect to the 5.8 freq so it's not problem of my modem, or internet company.

Im literaly next to the modem so isn't de power of the signal

 

my pc :

Ryzen 3200

Mother : Asus A320

8gb ram

240 SSD

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Except the main modem’s 5ghz, is the new laptop able to recognize other 5ghz network？

By the way, may I know the model number for your main Wi-Fi modem?

Please also try to install the following driver:

https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201911/20191128/Archer T4U V3_TP-Link driver_1030.22.0202.2018.zip
