Since the range extenders connect to the router wirelessly, due to the Wi-Fi interference and half-duplex over-the-air modulation techniques, the ping delay would be a little longer that the router.

So we might need your help to get more details about the high ping：

Could you please provide us the following pictures:

1. The ping test when the Gaming computer connected to the Wi-Fi of the router;
2. Ping test when the Gaming computer connected via Ethernet cable to RE200;
3. Ping test when the Gaming computer connected to the 5G band of RE200;

And may I know the distance between the router and RE200?

Ethernet Cable ^

Connected WIfi Extender ^ 2.4Ghz (Laptop does not support 5Ghz)

Distance between Router and Extender is 6Meter

And Also I use Ethernet cable from Extender to my Desktop. Why only allows it until 100mbps?

For the RE200, it has 1 x 10/100M Ethernet Port (RJ45).

So the Ethernet link speed is up to 100M/s.
