Hello, i have the tl-wa860re but it doesn't work, i can't reset it to the default settings, and the power led is always orange.

Is there any way that you could post a picture of the LED status here?
And when you hold the reset button/pinhole for 10s, is there any change about the LED lights?
Or after reset, can you see the default Wi-Fi, like TP-Link _extender _xxx, show up?
After reset, if nothing happens, I am afraid that you could need to contact the local support to check for warranty:
