Hey

 

Im having issues with T4E adapter

im getting extreme slow speeds

and while 2 Antennas are connected my computer freezes

 

installed both the disc driver and the Latest website driver

plus tried install this driver :

https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201911/20191128/T4E.zip

but windows 10 didnt accept and install it

 

Please advise or i need to return this card back to the store.

Hi!

For your case, can you help me check the following information：

  1. If installed with none or only one antenna, the speed was very slow; while installed two antennas, the computer completely freezes?
  2. How could you recover the internet connection when the PC freezes, reboot the computer or unplug the adapter?
  3. Could you please help me check the system info and driver info about the computer, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/
