Ping IP WAN from other network

Hi. I have problem with ping my WAN IP using different network and devices. When i try ping my WAN IP i getting "Request timed out".

Is it fault somewhere in the router or at the Internet provider?

Please confirm Advanced security settings on your router web UI and ensure "Ignore Ping Packet from WAN Port to Router" is not enabled:
