So you can try the following suggestion:

How did you configure the range extender? Did you set up it next to the router? If not, please plug this range extender next to your main router and set up it again.

Note:

Please use your home wifi password to configure the RE450.

We suggest you customize the network name for the extender. You can see it in step 5.

If it still not working, please tell me the light status on the range extender.
