Hello,

Do you mean the 2.4G network will just disappear and you need to reboot the router to recover it? Please help check more details and we will try to figure it out:

1. Did you try to change the wireless settings on the A6, such as wireless channel and channel width? If not yet, please give it a go first and check again.

2. How about the wired connection and 5G, are they always stable? How about the LED status on the A6 when the 2.4G disappears?
