Hi,

recently i bought 2 of this switches and installed in home, which have cat7 wires. 

My problem is, speed test return 100mbps when i have 600mbps.

If don't use the switch, connection works, but once installed, connections slow to 100. 

Checking LAN status(connected to switch), it returns gigabit speed connection, to ensure everything is right.

 

So, i'm lost, because everything looks right, but the switches are not working correctly.

 

Any Suggestions?

May I know where are you located and did this issue start since you bought it?

Have you checked the Ethernet link speed on the computer, is it 1G/s, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2899/ ?

 

If possible, could you please refer to this link to run the Iperf test on the two computers, such as:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2397/

Then please check if it works.

If not, please tell me which troubleshooting steps you have done in detail.

I have same problem, mine is V6.

 

When I'm plugging my pc straight to router I'm reaching speeds of  600/600 ... Same cable thought the switch only 100/100.

 

I did the checks you recommend and everything is correct.

 

All cables are cat 6 minimum.
