Hello,

Could you please tell me what is the model number of your new device? Only this device can't connect to range extender's wifi, right?

Did you type in the correct password? What error information did you get after you type in the password? May I have a photo of it?

Can this new device connect to other wifi networks, like your router's wifi or hotspot of your mobile phone?

Please move range extender closer to the router, then check if the new device can connect to the range extender's wifi.
