How to set static IPs on Router Archer MR600 EU v.1 and Extender RE305 EU v.3

Hello,
I have e network with a Modem Router Wifi with SIM Archer Mr 600 EU v. 1 and 2 extender RE 305 EU v.3
I setted al static IP for my wifi device in network, but somtimes they take static IP and other time take random IP.
Why?
How I can fix this?
