[Solution] 3/4G modem bound to another TP-Link ID
[Solution] 3/4G modem bound to another TP-Link ID

Hi,
I purchased an Archer MR600 from a local retail store, which had previously been tested by another customer who had returned it back to the store.
Now when I try to activate the TP-Link Cloud account of my new device, it tells me that the router is already bound to another TP-Link ID.
How can I unbind the router from the previous account in order to complete the binding process for my own account?

Hi,
Can I also have a screenshot that VR300 required an email to log in?
Did you bind the modem under your email before successfully?
Since currently, from the cloud server, the modem is offline and also not bound to any email account.
By the way, are you able to get internet service from VR300?
May I know who Is your internet service provider and was the modem given by service provider?
