Firmware Version: 44632

Hello. The 5gHz frequency in Ukraine is not activated. Ukrainian legislation does not prohibit 5gHz frequency. Nevertheless, it is impossible to turn on the 5gHz frequency in the settings of the router. Refers to legislation.

Hello, May I know the hardware and firmware version of your Archer C60? Can you please show us some screenshots?

 

When you try to enable 5GHz wireless, is there an error? Screenshots would be helpful. Thanks

Thanks a lot for the screenshots.

 

If you have already tried to reset the router to its factory but with no luck, we suggest you contact the local tech support to check the warranty cause the device seems faulty.
