Hello, is there any specific device unable to connect to the 2.4GHz wireless of the Archer C6 or all wireless devices cannot connect to 2.4GHz? How about LAN and 5GHz wireless?

 

If only some devices cannot connect, you may refer to the troubleshooting below to confirm some basic settings on the Archer C6:

Failed to connect some devices to TP-Link wireless router, but all the others work properly?
