Hi, for your issue, please confirm the below information first.

1) First confirm that if it can be used properly on the computer (if not, please make sure that the equipment is working properly.).

2) Please collect the information about the user’s device: partition table (MBR or GPT), system format (FAT32, NTFS, EXFAT, EXT2, EXT3 Etc.)

3) Please unplug the USB device and replug it to USB port again to check if the USB light will light up.

BTW, may I know when and where you bought the product?

 I am also having same problem. tried with multiple usb's. but still not able to detect. and also on router management site usb settings is missing too

@Jamieguk  plz make new soft for v4 this software not support usb storage  and usb prienter. Plz plz plz we are neaded this feature  not only internet
