My Deco app are not able to update the firmware. When it says system rebooting, nothing happens. And when I go to the update section again, after completed install, it just find the new firmware once again. How can this be fixed? Both tried Android and iPhone.

Seems it is impossible to connect directly to the Deco's via computer

I'd suggest rebooting them all then trying again. Mine updated fine in about 5 minutes. Once it's installed you'll be able to access via web browser too.

@timp78 I've updated the firmware on my P9's and have looked on the web browser. It might just be me but I can not see an option to see which deco my devices are connected to or how my decos are connected to each other. Can anyone help please?

My android app says there is no new firmware available and I'm up to date. I'm in France... is this release not worldwide or is there a delay?

@Eddinho this can be seen in the app, click internet then each Deco in turn to see what's connected to it

Looks like it's not available in the US yet. Bummer.

Just checked today and Deco P9 firmware 1.1.0 Build 20200513 Rel 52023 is available here in the US.

@Steve72 Are there any instructions? It just downloads a .zip with a .bin in it.
