Parental controls are not working. I'm using the Tether app on an iPhone to configure. I setup a schedule and it still allows the device (an iPad) to use the Internet (e.g to do a google search in Safari web browser).

i wondered if the time zone was wrong (the Tether app didn't tell me what time the router thinks it is) so I set the parental controls to ban access all day. Still allowed access.

 Changed to allow access all day (in case I had the logic backwards). Still allowed access.

 Choose to Block the device entirely. Still allowed access.

 This is really frustrating.  What's going wrong?  Any ideas?
