ARCHER C20 V5 extended mode channel change

Hi
I am using 5ghz as the backbone wireless lan in my home
I then extended a new SSID at 2.4 GHZ but I cannot change the channel.
I believe this is not correct .. can tplink pls enable channel change.
I am extending only at 5 ghz using the clean 5ghz as a carrier after which
I create a 2.4 ghz SSID to ride on the 5ghz
The channel allocated is channel 6, I need to change this
