Archer C20 management page does not show Guest Network option + firmware upgrade impossible?

Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v600f.0 Build 180930 Rel.52198n
no Guest network option...:
Also no firmware update possible, as none of the available updates were accepted by the router...
any hints appreciated
