Same problem at my Big boss residence.CH 149-165 not working and Samsung Galaxy s9 and galaxy S20 FE not getting 5GH WiFi.Please help me.

@TP-Link_Deco How can i change my 5Ghz channel ? In my home i have only band 4 supported device. Buying a dual band router is not serving my needs.

I leave for you 1 star on Amazon, play market, etc.

I will not change it until I get possibility to change the channels.

Hi, currently, it is not supported to manually change the wireless channel on the Deco units;

As for the firmware that would change the 5ghz from band 1 to band4, it is because, in some places like Bangladesh, the local network devices only support band 4;

For the Australia version, most of the network devices are band 1 only, and if the Deco is on band 4, it is very likely some devices would fail to detect the wireless network of Deco;

ihave the exact same issue with all my samsung devives . I have deco x20 US model . Samsung phones dont recognise channels below 100 . need help . need advise
