Archer T6E can't connect to the network

Hi my current Archer T6E adapter suddenly can't connect to any network (even the open Wifi hotspot) but it can scan and find the network. Please help me. It's quite urgent.

@Kathy_Z Nope. I think you need to replace us with Wifi PCIe Adapter that works with windows 10. Because mine still under warranty. Its unfair for us to bare the cost because windows 10 doesn't support this card driver.

Good day.
Sorry for the delay.
Did you also have the problem after updating the latest windows10 system?
How long have you had the device and did it work fine before?
By the way, may I know where are you located?
Thank you very much!

For the record, I'm facing the same problem. Was working fine till 1 or 2 weeks ago when an OS update occured. From then on, it couldn't connect to the network, even though it could still detect the networks and I supplied the correct passphrase to it.

Hi!
For all who had the same issue, please refer to the following information:

- Please try to manually install the following driver: T6E: https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201911/20191129/Archer T6E T9E_ASUS driver_7.35.351.0.zip
- How to use the driver: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/
if the above driver failed to solve the problem, please @me here or send an email with the following answers to support@tp-link.com with subject Forum 222782 Archer T6E can't connect to the network after windows10 update;
- Please check the system info and driver info about your computer https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/;
- Is there any error message when it failed to connect the network? Did you have the same problem on both 4ghz and 5ghz?

@Kathy_Z i found the solution. The driver provided is only work for T6E V2. Mine was T6E V1. Went to service center and they replace mine with V2 and now its work fine.

Hi there,
I've followed the steps that you have recommended updating the driver to 7.35.351.0 (17/10/2016) but I'm still getting the same issue as the OP.
I can see the available networks but it still won't connect to my win10 OS pc.
The card is Version 1.1

I have the same problem on win10 with t6e but only when its 1600x1200 resolution. This is strange but when i change my resolution to 1980x1080 or any different resolution it works fine xd.
