Hi my current Archer T6E adapter suddenly can't connect to any network (even the open Wifi hotspot) but it can scan and find the network. Please help me. It's quite urgent.

Hi!
For all who had the same issue, please refer to the following information:
- Did the problem happen just after the windows10 update?
- Please try to manually install the following driver: T6E: https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201911/20191129/Archer T6E T9E_ASUS driver_7.35.351.0.zip
- How to use the driver: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/
if the above driver failed to solve the problem, please @me here or send an email with the following answers to support@tp-link.com with subject Forum 222782 Archer T6E can't connect to the network after windows10 update;
- Please check the system info and driver info about your computer https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/;
- Is there any error message when it failed to connect the network? Did you have the same problem on both 4ghz and 5ghz?
- What is the model number for your wireless router?
Thank you very much for your cooperation and support.

@Kevin_Z Literally I had a physical object leaning up against and pretty much covering my Antennas on the PCI card. (It was a laptop fan I was using for extra circulation of air into my machine.) Once I moved the laptop fan away from the antennas, I stopped having problems with the adapter not connecting to any networks. This is the second day I haven't had this issue anymore, and I have powered down my PC the night before and it booted up without any problems connecting to the internet.

@Anthony_Thet i have same issue as yours. I think its because of the new windows 10 update doesn't support T6E. Tried to email them but no respond

Hi, sorry to cause the trouble. I have seen your posts and replied it for you.
Sorry to make you wait for so long.
Hi, sorry to hear that you have the same issue. We will try our best to identify the issue and solve it.
When the PC tried to connect this network, is there error message finally? What is it?
Please follow the instruction to install it again manually on your PC with the below driver to check if it can work well. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/
The below driver is for v1, but you can try it. I have checked it from our senior engineers.

If it still doesn't work, please check if other wireless devices can connect this network without issue.
Please change the router's 2.4GHz channel to be 1 or 6 or 11; 5GHz channel to be 36 or 40 or 44 and save it to check if it works.
If it still can't work, do you have another PC on which can do a test? Please try to install the adapter on another PC to check if it works well.
Wish it can help you!
Good day!

hi bro, I have still no fix for this issue.
in fact I went to purchase a new router and network card hope it won't happen to that combination.
The new hardware will be T50E and AX10.

everning Kathy, yup, I just installed last night. Just replace network card alone already solve the issue. I also change my current Dlink router to AX10, seems better now.
