Probably a stupid question... I can't get my new Deco M4 to connect.  During the latter stages I'm asked for username and password twice.

I've tried using the same as my network connection SSID as this is what is says but it comes up saying it can't connect.  When I tried using SSID username and password for both it says that you cant use the same for both entries.  Can someone please advise where I'm going wrong and where I should be getting the username and password from.  TIA.

Hi,

How about the LED status on the main Deco M4R? Do you mean you can't connect to the Deco's Wi-Fi network?

If not, can you send me the picture which ask for username and password?
