Hi,

I am getting no Internet connection on my TV reciver when connecting it via ethernet cable into the 3rd deco x60 unit.

does it need a router? or should it be ok to connect?

The app shows that it is connected in the app but it does not get any internet connection.

do I have to do something more when its a wired device connected?

Kindest regards

Mikael

@Starck

Hi,

Normally, if your TV receiver only needs internet access and no other special requirements for the router, when it connects to the 3rd Deco via an Ethernet cable, there are no other settings you need to change on the Deco.
If the TV receiver does not have the internet, please check what's the IP address on the TV receiver, and you can ping the IP address on a computer that is connected to Deco's network. If you can ping it successfully, which means the TV receiver has no connection problem to the Deco.
