I'm trying to setup my AC1200 but seem to be failing at every turn. The QR code isn't recognised, the 2.5Ghz and 5Ghz signals are there but I cannot connect to either? So, until I can connect to the wifi, I can't access the admin sectrion to configure it.

Any hep would be gratefully accepted.

Hello, may I have the exact model number of the AC1200 access point? Is it TL-WA1201?

Please try to reset it by pressing the reset button on it until the lights flash, then try to connect to its default wifi network again. If you still cannot connect to its default wifi, please try to connect a computer to the LAN port and see if you can access its web UI.
