We can do some troubleshooting first.

1. What is the led status of the Archer C1200?

2. Try to log into the web UI of the C1200 and show us a screenshot of the status page.

3. Have you ever configured it with the PPP username and password given by ISP?

4. You can connect your computer to the modem directly and test whether it works.
