all the lights are on but it not exteened the signal
Hi, can you access internet from the RE305 now？
Did you use the same wireless network name for the RE305 as the main router? If so, it is suggested to use a different name for the extender and verify whether the signal strength become stronger.
You can locate the extender in the halfway between the main router and wifi dead zone.
Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
