No Web interface Deco M4 v2?

Hi!
Bought this Deco M4 x3 package.
I cannot access the web inface. Using
192.168.68.1 or 192.168.68.1:30000
I can ping it okay
With this factory version

Since the firmware 1.1.8 build20191102 Rel.58333 is a Philippine customized version for local ISP only, it does not support web interface;
If you have any issue about the current firmware, such as weak security issue on IOS devices, please install the following firmware:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202012/20201225/Deco_M4_1.1.8_PH_enc.zip
(There is an instruction included about how to update the firmware.)
Note: This firmware is not supported web interface either but it allows users to manually change the security mode on the Deco APP;
Please feel free to let me know if there is any other issue;

Hi, we have confirmed that this Deco M4 with 20191102 supports web interface.
You can connect your computer to it and try to access it with the domain name, which is tplinkdeco.net.

tried using domain name same error tplinkdeco.net and tplinkdeco.net:30000
already clear cache, different browser .
Followed this https://www.tp-link.com/fi/support/faq/2641/ and https://www.tp-link.com/ph/support/faq/2715/
Accessing thru App is working

We did a test at our end and found that there is something wrong. Would you like to install a beta firmware to solve this issue?
And it will take a few days to release a firmware. Any updates, we will let you know immediately.

@Gogetz It is weird because when you check the list of firmware in their website, we do not see our firmware. We have the same firmware.
