My NC450 produces a high pitch buzzing noise. Is that normal? How do I get rid of it?

When did you buy this camera? Can you hear that noise before? You may refer to the instruction below to reduce the noise.

@Stella.Q I bought it about a year ago. The noise has always been there but I didn't bother because I only needed the visual. The noise came from the back of the unit itself.

I noticed that if I change the video frame rate the noise is significantly reduced.
