Firmware Version: 1.3.4

Both Deco M5 and M9 maintain that it is up to date. But that is not correct, see attachment images. The web browser link http://tplinkdeco.net and my IP is not working. How do I fix this?

Strictly speaking, they are the latest firmware for both Deco M5 and Deco M9 Plus.

For the Deco M5, the "current" firmware displaying on the official website is the first firmware released for the newly made Decos coming off the factory line now. No new feature has been added; and the 1.3.4 is officially latest firmware for your Deco M5. So does the Deco M9 plus, there are some first firmware released for the new batch of Decos; it is mainly used for the new Deco M9 plus, but no new features added than 1.2.10.

Besides, the Deco M9 plus V2 does not have web UI feature yet, that is why you cannot access it via domain name or IP address; if you want to use the web UI, you can switch the Deco M5 to the main Deco.
