AX50 in AP Mode loses connection to the internet after a while

Hi,
I recently purchased 2 x Archer A50.
One to put behind my ISP modem (in bridge mode) which works great, no problems there.
Both modem/router and AX50 (Router Mode) get public IP's, so no double NAT or IP conflicts.
Last weekend installed brand new CAT6 all over the house. Everything works great except my second Archer AX50 in AP Mode loses internet connection after some time.
It can run normally for maybe and hour or two and then the led with the global icon on turns orange. I go to sleep and wake up in the morning, the led is orange and I need to reboot the AX50. I've checked if I am having network problems, maybe my modem loses internet or the other AX50. But I can confirm you that there is no internet lose on my network. I monitor is all the time and I get push notification when something in my network goes down.
The cable runs from the switch with a straight cable to the WAN port on the AX50. I am sure the cable isn't the problem because I switch the cable with the one of my desktop for one day, and I am having the same problem. Besides this is brand new CAT6 cable.
The only way to fix this (temporary) is to reboot the router or just unplug and plug the ethernet cable.
I've factory reset both AX50's multiple times. I've been searching in the settings for things that aren't correct but I don't find the problem.
DHCP is enabled on the AX50 in Router Mode, DHCP is disabled on the AP (tried auto mode as well but the same problem).
Static IP 192.168.1.1 for Router Mode (default)
Static IP 192.168.1.2 for AP Mode (given in the DHCP)
Now... I've seen a topic that the AX60 is having the same problem, and they have release a beta firmware to fix this?
Any news on a fix for the AX50 because I'm pretty sure the problem isn't in my network. I don't see what else could be wrong in my network.
Picture as reference (my network)
Regards.

First off factory reset the router. Second, use a network cable to connect the router with your computer (use the first LAN port on the router to the LAN port on your computer). By default, after a reset the IP address will be 192.168.1.1
From there you can start configuring the router and change the IP address to a fixed IP (static IP). I chose 192.168.1.2, but if this one is already taken in your network. It might be a good idea to start in a new subrange (for example: 192.168.2.1 - 192.168.2.2 - ....)
I hope this helps.

I also have the same problem as him but l have only one which it is operated as a router. I have updated the version to its latest version and rebooted it but still the same problem. The number of connected devices was still the same since it was bought. I don't know what the model is but the box says ax3000 but the tether app says archer ax50.

Hello, your problem is not the same as BanditsAtZero’s. Please help verify some details:
May I know who is your ISP? Have you checked if the internet connection is stable when you plug your computer directly to the modem?
How about the internet LED on the AX50/AX3000 when the internet drops, is it orange or green? Can you access its web interface at that time? If yes, what are the WAN IP address and default gateway?
Besides, please follow the instruction below to do some tests and tell me which case you belong to:

Thanks a lot~

I have the same problem but I have only one in which I used it as a router. I have updated the version to its latest one, rebooted it, disconnect the wan and plug it back in but still the same problem. The model that is written in the box is ax3000 but on the tether app is ax50. The devices that connected to the router are at most 13 buts usually 9. It was fine and all since I bought it but it has but turning orange yesterday and I don't know what else I can do. Is there any things I could try?

My ISP is PLDT and my internet connection is stable when I connect it to the modem/router that is provided by PLDT.
When the internet connection drops, the internet led of the router is orange but all the other leds are all green. I didn't try to connect to the web interface yet but I will try if the problem comes back.
From the link that you gave, my problem is case 2 but I still haven't tried the steps because it says that I have to try it if there is no internet connection.

It just happened again so I tested the steps I need to follow.
The WAN IP adress is 192.168.1.3
The default gateway is 192.168.1.1

@Wicklo, @Kevin_Z
I have the same problem, my ISP is also pldt.
I have tried hard reset and disabling some features like anti-virus etc. but with no luck. For now, when it happens every couple of hours, i just unplug and reconnect the lan cable from the modem to ax50 😭.

Is there any thing I can do to fix this? The router's internet led is frequently turning orange like every 20 mins.

Hi, thanks very much for all the details you've provided.
Please try to change the WAN DNS server on the AX3000 to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot both your ISP' modem router and the AX3000, then monitor again.

Hello, is your problem exactly the same as Wicklo’s? Does PLDT give you a modem router and how about the WAN IP address on the AX3000 when the internet stops working on it?
Besides, please follow the instruction below to do some tests and try the suggestions if your case belongs to Case 2:

Thanks a lot~
