Hi.

I have a problem to log into my vr900. Some time ago everything was working great but after that one day when I try to log in it says wrong password. I can log in by web UI without no problem. I try changing pass, do factory reset (with and without backup loading) and still no access by tether app (android and after update off the mobile app nothing change, I use lastes available). 

I have TPLINK range extender and no problem to log in by the tether...

Thanks for your information.

 

Please ensure that the Tether app is the latest one. As well as the firmware version of the Archer VR900.

 

Try to log into the web UI of the VR900 and correct the time settings. 

Note: You can change it to another wrong time zone and change it back, or you can change the NTP server. 

 

After that, please verify whether it works. And you can change another cellphone to give it a go.
