Model: Archer A20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.8.0 0.3 v0053.0 Build 150906 Rel.32427n

This post refers to the VR200, which isn't on the mdel list for some reason.

According to the user manual, which I downloaded at the same time as installing the VR200, I can back up the current configuration using the Advanced > System Tools > Backup & Restore page. But my router desn't have that link. See the screenshot of the System Tools choices. Any idea how I can back up the config? And, of course, restore it.

@ptoye1

Hello, thanks for reminding us. We will add this Archer VR200 into the product list.

Please ensure that the Archer VR200 works as a regular DSL modem router or wireless router mode.

Then you can go to advanced-system tools-firmware upgrade and scroll down this page to get the back up function.

May it help.

err.... I asked this last Weds and you haven't got back to me. Yes, it's in DSL modem router mode. I'm worried about the firmware level - versions 0.x usually mean stuff that aren't ready for production.

Many apologies - I've found an almost invisible scroll bar which gives me access to the 'missing' menu items. I don't think this counts as a 'solution' - just evidence of my advancing senility.
