Hello, what is the operating system of your computer? And what is the actual speed you can get from the main router?
Have you ever installed the offiical driver from the official website or the CD rom?
Try to move it closer to the main router or customize the wireless settings of main router to improve its performance.
Besides, you can change another USB port or computer to plug it if possible.

What's the speed when you connect to the wifi? With your computer connected to the wifi, please check the wireless negotiation speed. Instruction as below:

Besides, you can refer to the instruction below to do further analysis. Try to change the router's channel to 1, 6 or 11, channel width to 40Mhz. Can you get good speed on other devices?

@AgeS Still same I have download and upload problem other devices is normal but wn823n (v3) still same very bad
