I cannot find the ping test in Diagnostic Tools page. where can find ping test tools or this version is not ping ip address function.

Hello, as I know there is no ping test under diagnostic tools page on most wireless router. While considering it is a device which is designed based on the specific requests of ISP, you can give them a call to confirm it. 

 

Besides, if it does not support it, you can use the 3rd party software to ping.
