Just bought the AV1000 AC1200 Powerline mesh net work but having trouble setting it up. I can not connect the P9's to my Ipone or IPad to complete set up, Bluetooth is on and have reset the unit a number of times. Sometimes it starts to connect but drops out. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

Which step you get stuck? Please show us a screenshot of it.

Except enabling the bluetooth on the settings page, please go to settings page and find the Deco app, click it and enable the bluetooth there as well.

You can hard reset the Deco P9 or change another unit to set it up.
