Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.0

Hi I just bought a new Archer C6 about week ago. Now the problem is that I got connected my internet provider cable to my archer. So I set up configuration as It was in admin panel seted up static IP which I get from my provider. Everything was looking good but when Iam trying to connect phones to the wifi I got wifi icon with exclamation mark. So what I was trying to do was switching off and on wifi in phones about 3 times after that it connects as normal without exclamation mark but with access to internet. It happens same on AP. Do you know what is the problem?

@hedg4r

Try to change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 under advanced-network/DHCP server- DHCP settings page.

Still the same, please disconnect the Archer C6 and connect your computer to the ethernet cable directly and configure it with the static IP given by ISP to give it a go.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/41/

Note: You need click ethernet connection to enter the static IP manually.

If the computer cannot  get internet either, give a call to ISP; otherwise, connect the PC back to the Archer C6 and clone the MAC address.

May it help and have a nice day.

@Kevin_Z sir it's not happening only on PC it is happening with all devices such as mobiles (5 devices) laptop (1 device). Always trying to connect to the wifi from router but without access to the internet. So reconnecting about 3 times helps.
