Powerline adapter TL-WPA4220-KIT successfully installed

I've downloaded tpPLC utility app on iPhone and tried to login using the default username and password but it says they are incorrect.

There isn't an option for forgetting password.

i registered on to-link.com and tried those login details but still incorrect.

 

any ideas please?

The default login username and password should be admin, you can enter it to give it a go.

 

If still does not work, try to hard reset the TL-WPA4220 and relogin with admin.

 

Otherwise, please show us a screenshot of the login page where you get stuck.

hi, admin admin doesn't work.

how do I do i hard reset? Will I have to set it all up again? Thanks

There is a reset button/hole on the TL-WPA4220. With it powered on, hold the reset button/hole for 10s to reset it and then try to login with admin/admin.

 

Still the same, please show us a picture of the login page.
