Hi, after I installed the utility. When I opened it, it said "TP-LINK USB Printer Controller" cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. mac OS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.". My OS is macOS Catalina ver. 10.15.5. Please advise, thanks!

I changed the security and privacy setting to enable the utility running finally.
