Hi,

I installed 3 M9 plus discs this weekend, and started training the parental guidance settings. Everyone's got a profile, even the adults.

One thing I do is monitor the websites visited, so I can block obvious advertising domains so they don't show up on the clients anymore.

I know of current solutions like Pi-hole, but it would be great to have something like a central block list, and the possibility to import several lines at once into that. Also adding a domain to the central block list from the history list in each parental profile might come in handy.

Thoughts on this?

@Winks

Below is the instruction to setup parental control on the Deco.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1598/

You can add the advertising domains under Filter level-APPs/Websites page.

May it help and have a good day.

Thanks @Kevin_Z, this thought me nothing new, well except for the 32 entry site limitation per profile.

So central blocking isn't an option I guess. It would be a really great addition to the system however.

@Winks

I see, thanks for your reply.

We have noted that and will remind our engineer about the feature to block advertisement centrally.

Good day.
