Generally speaking, the official driver for Mac 10.15 will be released in a month after the official 10.15 OS version came out. Right now, Apple released the preview of the Mac 10.15 only.
In the past few years, the official Mac OS version will come out in Sep/Oct. So the ETA of the driver will be in the middle of November.

Do you already have the drivers for T3U?? I have the 10.15.2 version but my sytem still not reconize the adapter.... Can you help me?

You can get the driver from official website.
https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-t3u/#Driver
You can change another USB port or computer to install it.
