While I'm also upset with this OneMesh being totally absent for Powerline products, I'm a bit more unhappy regarding the TL-WPA8630P KIT that I also own.

While none have the OneMesh update, other Powerline kits seemed to have received an update last yeat that added Roaming Functionality plus stabilization fixed, but the TL-WPA8630P hasn't. Even the TL-WPA8630, which seems to be the same thing, just without electrical passthrough has received.

Some incremental updates while waiting to the elusive OneMesh update, would go a long way to trust TP-Link in regards to product support.

Based on the way they are struggling with the P9 Mesh wifi/ powerline product, I suspect there are bigger issues around their ability to execute a mesh based powerline backhaul solution!!

@Methanoid Seems acurate.

Meanwhile I've moved to an apartment in an older house with thin walls which kinda solved my WiFi coverage issues. So yeah, I can recommend that as an alternative to waiting for TP-Link to get their sh*t together...

@3k1m92

I brought a set of TL-WPA8630P KIT too, working with my existing Archer C7. Waiting for the update of onemesh.

I have lost all confidence in TP-Link being able to provide a workable Mesh or One Mesh solution using Powerline.

I ended up returning my P9 Mesh system as it wasn't fit for purpose. I had hoped that the updated firmware may have improved matters for the P9, but all the posts I read would suggest otherwise. And it is now months and months since they announced the imminent arrival of One Mesh Powerlne products and still none are available to buy.
