On supporting page firware virsion 3.0 is available, my current version is 2.0,, im trying tobupdate but not updating,, error show that not a valid version,, i tried (us) version 3.0 also tried (eu) version 3.0 ,, still failed.

For your information, V2 and V3 are hardware version, which cannot be upgraded.
