Thank for your response, In other side i have recently bought TL-MR3020, after a few days of usage, I realized that the modem feel warm/hot, I try to change from powerbank to charger adaptor or otherwise, still same, I try to smell on the near location of micro usb for power port / usb for 4g modem, it's smell like electronic capacitor burn I think, and I my put ear on that area then i hear a sound like "cetak cetak/kliking", i dont know why, i just power up my modem with Xiaomi Mi Powerbank 2 PLM02ZM *quick charge support and Aukey Wall Charger PA-U36 *with auto recognise device. It's that normal ?, have any advise ? Thank you :)

Try to locate it on an open and ventilated area; if still the same (smell like electronic capacitor burn and noise), you can contact our tech support to verify whether the replacement is qualified.
