Manually choose which Deco to connect

Hello everyone,
I have 9pieces of Deco M5 inside of a house. After a new firmware arrived, I checked the map of my Deco M5 (how they're connected to each other) and notices, that some Decos bypassed 1 or 2 decos on their way and connected to the main Deco through wi-fi. There are 1 or 2 Decos between them, but they decided to connect to the Deco (main) which is far away from them.
I wonder why they choose to connect to him, when closer Decos avaialble ? Also would be great, if we can manually choose which Deco to connect to what Deco.
Thanks

Hi, Did you wish to manually choose the signal source of the satellite Deco or manually decide clients to connect which Deco units?
PS:
The original post is for Deco M5, and currently, there is already a firmware that supported these features:

@TP-Link I have a similar issue where my M9 insists on connecting to the main Deco which is furthest and has the weakest signal. It bypasses the nearest M9 deco and as a result I am losing more than one-third of the speed. Is there a way for M9 Deco to manually choose which Deco to connect?
