Hello, I have the following problem with my extender. Suddenly when I put it in the electrical power although the green light is on I cannot find it in my wi-fi network. I have pressed the reset button but it doesn’t do anything. Whatever I do the green light is on.
Use a pin to press the button for 1 second to reset the extender.
Then click here to configure the TL-WA855RE.
Note: Please create a different wifi name for the extender, otherwise, it will copy the main router's wifi and you won't be able to see the extender's own wifi name.
And you need use the main router's wifi password to set it up.

There are 2 leds, the power led and the signal one. Except the power led, please ensure that the signal led is lit up and solid blue.
