Hi,

 

I followed this procedure to connect my client to a vpn. At router level  l2tp psk has been created, with a vpn ip pool and a user.

It does not work because this vpn router is placed behind another router that only forwards some ports.

I need to know which port is used for a vpn connection so that war nouteur forwards to tplink.

You may need to open the below ports for L2TP/IPsec VLAN.

IPsec: UDP 500 and 4500

L2TP: UDP 1701
