Firmware Version:

Device connected fine in the UK.  Now in France, no internet.  I have checked the SIM in my phone and it is good, can connect to internet and has plenty of credit on it.  What’s going on?

Please ensure that the sim card support data roaming and enable this feature on the web UI of M7450. 

 

How to login to the web interface, click here

 

Besides, you can create the profile manually to give it a shot.

I’ve already done those things.  The SIM is currently in my phone and roaming fine.  I have enabled it on the M7450 web manager.  Still not working.

What about the current internet IP address?

 

Have you ever  tried to create the profile manually with the APN info? 

Note: Go to advanced-dial up-dial up settings page to do that. 

 

Meanwhile, you can try to hard reset it or change another sim card to give it a go.
