What about the light status of the A10? Especially the wifi leds. 

Please ensure that the wifi leds are on, there is a wifi button/switch on the back you can hold to enable the wifi function. 

Can iphone and computer detect the TP-Link wifi name? What about other wireless devices? 

Is there any error message if they failed to join the wifi network? 

Meanwhile, you can connect your device to the A10 by wired cable and login to the web interface to adjust the wireless settings, including the wifi password, wifi name and wifi channel.
