I'm using router TL-WR820N but cant find way to change IP LAN/subnetmask at LAN Setting, just only see auto or manual. Pls help me how to change it normaly like another router TP Link (Same at pic TL-WR841N)

Select Manual, you will be able to change the IP Address and Subnet mask.
