Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: 0.9.13.1.6 v0001.0 build 171211

hello team,

i was tried several time firmware upgrading but i was failed every time, i was trying v6, v6.20 all bin file download but every file upgrading error 4503, please tell me resolution on urgent basis. i want to upgrade my device. if you are not provided resolution then i will move to another brand to purchase wifi router.

Hi,

FYI, the firmware must match the hardware version. Cause the router is V5, you need update the firmware for V5, not V6 or V6.2 otherwise you will get the error code/message.

Meanwhile, the current firmware is up to date already.
